Your Step-by-Step Guide to 10,000 Steps a Day

A Ten Week, On-line, Pedometer Program
How many steps do you walk a day? Maybe you've heard about the recent guidelines for walking 10,000 steps a day. As little as 30 minutes of moderate physical activity will bring health benefits. In fact, any increase in your physical activity will help to improve your health. This is a self-directed internet class with a booklet, weekly e-mails, and a website. It's as easy as wearing a pedometer and recording your daily steps.

The $25 class fee includes :
• A pedometer
• A week-by-week activity and step-journal booklet
• Weekly e-mailed motivational tips
• On-line progress reports and graphs
